2048: Number Merge is a faithful version of the famous sliding puzzle. The board is a 4x4 grid holding a couple of numbered tiles. Each move pushes every tile as far as it can go in one direction, and a new tile drops in afterwards. When a pair of equal tiles collide, they combine into one tile worth twice as much, so 2 and 2 become 4, two 4s become 8, and so on through the powers of two. Reaching 2048 takes patience, because the grid fills up quickly if you slide carelessly. Many players keep their largest tile tucked into a corner and build toward it. It works with arrow keys, WASD or swipes.
