Arrow puzzle strips the rotate-to-connect format down to its essentials: place and rotate arrow pieces so every path lines up cleanly across the board, with no extra theme or mechanic layered on top of the core logic. That simplicity is the point — each layout is a clean deduction problem, working out which orientation lets a given tile satisfy all of its neighbors at once, then using that placement to constrain what the next tile needs to be. Because there's no time pressure or scoring system pushing you to rush, it rewards actually reasoning through a layout rather than clicking through rotations hoping something lines up. Later boards add enough tiles that solving efficiently means working from the most constrained parts of the grid outward, the same strategy that helps with Sudoku and other constraint-based puzzles.
