Domino sausage, duel is a lively two-player domino game played with all tiles face up — each player gets 14 open dominoes, so you can see exactly what your opponent is holding. The player with the 1-1 double starts, and play grows in two parallel lines from that first tile, with each new domino matching the number at the end of a chain. The signature move is the cut: if the numbers laid out side by side in both lines match a tile you play, you can cut that section off and hand it to your opponent to take.
