Hazel Tic Tac Toe keeps the rules of the classic three-by-three grid game completely unchanged, wrapping them in bright, cartoon-styled art instead of a plain board. You are still racing to line up three of your marks in a row, column, or diagonal before the computer opponent beats you to it, and the underlying strategy is exactly what tic-tac-toe has always demanded: control the center, watch for forks, and block your opponent's near-completed lines before they close them. The cartoon presentation does not change how the game plays, but it does make repeated rounds feel lighter and more casual than a bare grid would. Because the format is so quick, it works well as a short mental warm-up, with each round taking only a few seconds to a couple of minutes to resolve.
