About Nuts sort 3d
Nuts sort 3d takes the classic sorting-puzzle idea and gives it a three-dimensional bin to work with, where loose nuts and bolts of different sizes and colors need to land in their correctly matching container before the whole pile overflows. Because pieces sit and shift in three dimensions rather than a flat 2D bin, judging exactly which container a piece needs to drop into takes a bit more spatial reading than a simple flat-sorting game would ask for. Grabbing whichever piece is sitting on top of the pile without checking where it actually needs to go tends to create bottlenecks later, when a container fills up unevenly compared to the others. Working through the bin with an eye on which containers are closest to full — rather than sorting purely in the order pieces happen to be sitting — keeps the whole system running smoothly for longer.
